A scoped real brief from a partner company. You scope, plan, build, and present, with weekly reviews. Your first piece of evidence on your verified profile.
Second project, higher bar
A new partner, a more ambiguous brief. You start working with cross functional collaborators on the partner side. Quality, accessibility, and trade offs all enter the conversation.
Specialization deep dive
A focused fourth project that pushes you into the trickier corners of your specialization. Career coaching starts: portfolio polish, narrative, target roles.
Capstone scoping & sprint 1
You scope your capstone with a partner company. It is bigger than any single project: a real piece of product you own end to end across two months, with stakeholder pressure and real consequences.
Capstone delivery & pathway
Ship the capstone. Present to partner stakeholders. Finalize your verified profile. If you meet the criteria, you enter the recruitment pathway with warm introductions to companies hiring in your specialization.
The job change
is the whole point.
Career Change is the only Shape program with a dedicated career coaching layer. From month four, a career coach works with you on positioning, narrative, target roles, mock interviews, and warm introductions to the partner network.

Career Change is open to working professionals from any background, with a few conditions so the program actually delivers for you.
- 01Minimum 5 hours per week for 6 months. Less than that and the capstone never gets shipped.
