How long until you reply?
Two working days for most inboxes. Press inquiries are usually faster. Application reviews follow the cohort calendar, so timing depends on where we are in the cycle.
I'm applying to a program. Should I use the form or apply directly?
For program applications, go through the program page (Foundation, Advanced, or Career Change) and use the apply button there. The contact form is for questions, edge cases, or things that don't fit a normal application.
Do you take partner calls before signing anything?
Yes, always. Partner conversations start with a 30 minute call so we can understand your hiring needs, your team structure, and what would make sense as a first brief. No commitments asked in that call.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, by appointment. Drop us a line at hello@shape.tn with a couple of slots that work for you and we'll confirm. We're at Les Berges du Lac in Tunis.
Where can I find press materials?
Logo, brand colors, founder bio, and a few approved photos are available on request. Email press@shape.tn and we'll send the kit.
